The Highest Level of Warning against the De facto Head of Abu Dhabi, UAE, who is hiding behind the doctrine of State Sovereignty!...'Brochure'
The UAE Government's habit of ignoring court orders is more than just a bad look, it's a deep-rooted problem that's shaking the very foundations of justice and fairness in the country. Imagine winning a legal battle in a civil court only to find yourself kidnapped, tortured, and falsely accused of crimes you didn't commit. This isn't the plot of a legal thriller; it's the reality an established Indian investor faced in the UAE after challenging and winning a lawsuit over a building contract.
Although he emerged victorious in his legal battles in criminal courts and receiving court orders for his release, investigations into the perpetrators, and compensation for his losses as mandated by the UAE's supreme court, found his victories rendered meaningless by the executive branch's actions. His victory in court was again met with retaliation so severe that it culminated in his deportation and the loss of his assets exceeding $100 million, all facilitated by fraudulent judicial documents, illustrating a glaring case of injustice.
The act of forging judicial decisions, which involves the dishonest creation or modification of legal documents to facilitate deportation and avoid complying with court-mandated compensations, poses grave threats to individuals in the UAE and the integrity of the legal framework. This disregard for legal rulings over the past 27 years indicates a systemic failure and an attitude of superiority above the law, undermining the foundational principles of justice and accountability.
The message to the "UAE Government" is clear: The UAE's reputation and its relations with the international community are at stake, start respecting the courts and rectifying the injustices committed. And to the international community: it's time to stand up and demand accountability. Justice in the UAE should be more than an ideal; it must be a reality for all, lest we all face the consequences of a world where the rule of law is but a mere suggestion. The world is watching, and the UAE must act now to rebuild trust and uphold the rule of law. ...Read more at: "INTERNATIONAL IMPACT AND CALL FOR ACTION!".
Abu Dhabi, a city of dazzling contrasts, showcases the dichotomy between its outward allure and internal complexities. On one hand, it presents itself as a beacon of modernity and luxury, powered by its oil wealth. The city boasts breathtaking skyscrapers, luxurious amenities, and ambitious infrastructure projects, positioning itself as a vibrant hub for culture and business on the global stage. It strives to captivate tourists and investors alike with its sparkling facade.
However, a closer examination reveals a different aspect of Abu Dhabi, one that is less visible but equally significant. Despite its architectural marvels and initiatives aimed at promoting religious tolerance and inclusivity—exemplified by landmarks such as the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, the Abrahamic Family House, and the new BAPS Hindu Mandir—the city grapples with serious concerns regarding human rights. Beneath its glamorous surface, there are issues of labour exploitation, restrictions on personal freedoms, and instances of opaque legal proceedings that cast a shadow on its shiny exterior.
In Abu Dhabi, A Tale of Two Cities Unfolds!

A city of dreams, yet not all is as it seems,
Where progress and pain weave into seams.
Abu Dhabi, a land of promise, culture, and faith,
But beneath its surface, a different wraith.
Rights trampled, voices silenced in… pic.twitter.com/7NjWCjGPr5
The governance of Abu Dhabi exerts a strong influence over the judiciary, restricting legal safeguards even for foreign investors, thereby raising questions about the real price of its advancements and the implications of remaining silent on these matters. A notable case involves a UAE investor of Indian origin who, despite winning a series of legal battles, found the verdicts rendered ineffective due to interventions by Mohamed bin Zayed, the country's de facto ruler and now President.
This "investor" faced accusations, contempt of court, asset embezzlement, and illegal deportation, highlighting the risks faced by investors under the current leadership and underscoring the critical need for international awareness and dialogue about the challenges within Abu Dhabi. Presently, this investor is uniquely positioned as the only individual internationally to contest the UAE's governance with valid court judgments from the UAE itself. This narrative serves as a cautionary tale, urging a deeper reflection on the city's dual identity and the essential conversation on its path forward. A BETTER UAE STARTS WITH ACCOUNTABILITY: The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is a nation that has been subjected to treacherous and deceitful governance by certain individuals who have been entrusted with the administration of the country. These offenders have engaged in illegal activities such as armed looting and embezzlement, which has had a detrimental impact on the prosperity of the nation and its people.
Despite the challenges, there have been individuals who have stood up against these injustices and fought tirelessly to bring the perpetrators to justice. The author (Jabir Org) of this message is one such person who has won various legal battles against these offenders and seeks your support in enforcing the court's decisions. While civilized societies have effective mechanisms for enforcing such debts, in places like the United Arab Emirates (UAE), this process can pose life-threatening risks for foreign nationals (India UAE).

The various forms of reparation law and their scope and content, covering both monetary and non-monetary reparations, may be summarized in its five forms consists restitution, compensation, rehabilitation, satisfaction and guarantees of non-repetition. Reparation shall render justice by removing or redressing the consequences of the wrongful acts and by preventing and deterring violations.
The right to a remedy and reparation(1) for the breach of human rights is a fundamental principle of international law recognized in numerous treaty texts and affirmed by a range of national and international courts. The larger part of the Principles and Guidelines, with strong domestic law implications, sets out the status and the rights of victims, and corresponds to the title of the document as it refers to the right of victims to a remedy and reparation (in particular principles 11-23).
A core component of the Principles and Guidelines, denoting a broad range of material and symbolic means to afford reparation to victims, is laid out in the principles describing the various forms of reparation. They were formulated with the Articles on State Responsibility of the International Law Commission in mind.
The five forms of reparations are explained here below namely (1) restitution, (2) compensation, (3) rehabilitation, (4) satisfaction and (5) guarantees of non-repetition.
Restitution
Restitution(2) refers to measures which “restore the victim to the original situation before the gross violations of international human rights law and serious violations of international humanitarian law occurred” (principle 19). Examples of restitution include: restoration of liberty, enjoyment of human rights, identity, family life and citizenship, return to one’s place of residence, restoration of employment and return of property. INVEST IN REPARATION LAW: ‘INVEST IN INDIA-UAE JUSTICE FRAMEWORK AND REPARATIONS'. Human Rights are the foundation of freedom, justice, and peace, and are the basic standards without which people cannot live a life of dignity. Discrimination is abuse that prevents people from enjoying their basic human rights and thus undermining the very concept of a universal right.
The ‘International Law' is fairly clear that the governments have a duty of ratifying human rights treaties and mechanisms, focused on the recognition of victims’ rights and dignity; their protection and promotion is the first responsibility of States, in doing so, commit to meeting certain human rights obligations of the states.
Unlike all other regions, the establishment of regional inter-governmental Human Rights mechanisms, to date, a mechanism to enable individuals to seek redress, has not been created between India and its neighbouring countries.
